Return Policy
If within 60 days of the shipping date, you are not satisfied with the Packit Toilet, you may send the Packit Toilet and Digger back for a full and speedy refund. We do NOT accept returns of any Greenbags or toilet paper - even those that are apparently unused or those still wrapped. You may keep the remaining ones provided with the kit, and use any extras that you may have purchased either as ordinary garbage bags or as a backup if your home flush toilet becomes somehow inoperable, or for whatever other uses you may create.
Repair Policy
We warrant the snap assembles for ONE full year from the shipping date. If a snap assembly fails, you may send the Packit Toilet to our corporate address and we will either repair the snap assembly or replace the seat or base - whichever snap assembly part is in need of repair - at our discretion. We will also pay the return shipping costs.
The straps are made of a near indestructible plastic. The only way they can fail is if a snap assembly fails, or they are somehow cut. If they are cut by a knife or saw or chewed in half by a dog, etc., we do NOT repair them. ONLY if they fail in connection with a snap assembly failure do we repair them.
The Digger will last forever, as will the seat, with the possible exception of one of the snap assembles fastened to the seat, which is covered above. We do NOT replace the base if it is somehow crushed, either by a person not setting up the Packit Toilet correctly, or through some accident like running over it or falling on it, etc.
Please make certain that you follow the set up instructions provided with the Packit Toilet kit. Make certain that you push out the corners of the base - thus forming the widest irregular hexagon possible - for it is the double corner walls of the irregular hexagon shape of the base that support you. If you set up the Packit Toilet correctly (please watch demo video), it will easily support a 250 pound person. Also realize the base is not the massive porcelain base of your home toilet. It only weighs ounces. You must balance yourself with your legs. When using the Packit Toilet, imagine the toilet and your legs as a tripod.
NOTE: We take pride in the quality assembly of the Packit Toilet. We use stainless steel snap assembles because they have a long solid reputation for holding up through many years of hard use.
New Parts
If you crush the base through some accident, or in some way render the base useless, a new base (with snaps and straps attached) is $19.95 plus S&H.
If you lose or in some other way need a new seat, they’re also $19.95 (with snaps attached), plus S&H.
